I got a pair of jeans and they do not fit. Am I stuck with them?
Of course not! At Moda Dulce we want you to get what you need and what you want. We understand how complicated it is to buy online, so you can return or exchange the products.
It is our mission to sell products that are unique and wonderful as you. If there´s something about our products that aren´t meeting your standards or expectations please let us know and we will asist ASAP.
In case of changing the color / size of the item or if you are not satisfied with the product, the shipping costs will be paid by you (as well as the reshipment in case of color / size change).
In case of damaged product or wrong size / color different from your original order, our company will pay the shipping. This inconvenience must be reported to Moda Dulce no later than 7 days after receiving the order.
Products may be returned up to 30 days after they were received at your address.
All returned products must be received in the same packaging and with all the labels with which it was initially received.
Please note: when the order was originally placed with "Free Shipping", the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount in case of issuing a refund / return as follows:
$ 12.95 per item and $ 2.95 for each additional.
What happens if my order is lost in shipping?

Orders that are lost due to incorrect delivery address information provided by you are strictly your responsibility.
and are not eligible for a refund.
Claims for failure to receive an order must be made within 10 days from the date the order was shipped.
